According to Wikipedia:- "Unknown Pleasures reached #71 in the UK charts in August 1980 in the aftermath of Ian Curtis' death and also peaked at #1 in New Zealand during June 1981."
Is that true? I wonder why it got to No.1 across the Tasman if it hardly registered in the UK.
Really looking forward to watching the Ian Curtis movie. Got good reviews.
