This was at Chris Cornell's funeral. The guy singing with her is Chester Bennington of Linkin Park. He and Chris were close friends. Cornell died of suicide by hanging May 18, 2017. Two months later on July 20, 2017, Chris's birthday, Chester died the same way.

RIP. A true blow to rock and roll music losing these two.
