    Comedy was funnier back then.

The whole idea of comedy is to make a joke about anything that is taboo to talk about.
Post what you found was funny in the past but don't dare share anymore, Fuck em

With regards to Jimmy Carr. Someone has pitched an exceedingly stupid concept for a TV reality show and it gets the go-ahead for production.

He also discussed the new BBC talent series he is joining the panel of, I Can See Your Voice, which sees a celebrity panel guess if a member of the public is a good singer without actually hearing them sing a note.

The celebrities must try to guess who’s got a good voice by looking at how the contestants hold the microphone, their mannerisms, video clips of their home life, and lip-sync rounds.

“We get a line-up and we say who we think who might be able to sing, based on nothing,” he said.

“It’s like working at the airport, you’re basically profiling people: ‘Those shoes with that dress? No, she can’t sing… she’s holding the mic wrong.’ We’re just looking at people and saying who can sing.

“Then the next round they’re miming. Every time – I’ve never been more certain and more wrong.”

Jimmy Carr says he will ‘probably get cancelled’ when he returns to comedy after lockdown | The Independent
Whose decision was it to green-light this?

    Definitely a generation thing.
...and societies that have developed [or created for them] to be over sensitive towards most everything.

I disagree a little, as to the generation thing. My bet is that the later generations have never even heard this type of comedy. So they never get to taste/review/counter/critique, any of them. And then when shown they find them offensive at the first "fuck" word and turn the video off.(I hope not)

Kinda like me posting the black comedians so not to be called a racist if I posted a white comedian saying the the same joke.

Have to be careful here, not to end up in the doghouse, maybe once a week will be ok.
