I'll start with Uganda; well known Worldwide for their comedy.

A humorous video with such gems as:

"because they don't have the equipment they start to use gadgets like banana"

and

"are they supporting a DISORDA"

Stephen Fry did a doco there about homsexuality and had some hilarious interviews with various government people and church people who were all railing against gayness.
