As my girlfriend is soon finishing university we are now looking towards the future and thinking more about marriage. We have been engaged for the past year and my answer to her "when are we getting married" questions are easily answered with "your at school, that is the most important thing right now". I know what you will say "dont do it blah blah" but she is a top girl and comes from a good family. So good in fact that they are buying us a condo in BKK for an early wedding present. I did own a condo before but i sold it to an international school so they could house their teachers. So really i am wondering; whats the property market like at the moment? could i rent it out while i am not using it? My missus has her eye on one in Lad Prao near to the Central Mall.
