Fake Watches

My brother-in-law is in town (with my sister in tow, unfortunately), and he wants to pick up some good quality fake watches (TAG Heuer, Breitling, Rolex, etc., I presume). It has been years since I bought a fake, so I am a little out of touch with where to go for a good deal and what the prices are.

There used to be a guy on the corner of Suk Soi 11 that was known to do good deals - is he still around? What is Patpong like these days? Anyone?

I always get dragged out to Patpong when people come to town. Yeah, there are a lot of sellers there, but only a few have the good quality ones from Taiwan and Korea, etc..

around suk soi 11, still there... easier choice, pat Pong to crowded... May be chatuchak and or Pratunam, not sure of those last 2, as well in Pantip or other such...

they have 2 types of quality and prices, normally for the better quality he will take you in the shop not on street... around 1 k or less and over 2 k or more then 4 - 6 k...

Mechanical watch often fail quick, choose quartz movement if you want it to work some time...

I'm by no means an expert on this subject, as i don't wear a copy watch. But i always heard that MBK was a good choice for finding a good fake.

Lots of good quality copy watches at Khlong Tom market. There is no tourists there either so I guess the prices are pretty cheap.

If you know people in the know they can take you to the factory.. and choose between grade A,B,C.....
don't ask me where...the wife knows.

Best bet is the 3rd floor of MBK mall as the dealers there have differnt grades of copies.

You want at least a Seiko movement inside the watch as most now have cheap shit china automatic movements.

The "A" grade copies with have what is called an ETA movement and these are used in better name brand watches the world over.

for about 2k u can get urself a nice original seiko 5 which in my opinion is more stylish than an of the fakes available and will last a lot longer too
