How much is that unfinished multi story car park?
The one with the graffiti next to BTS Nana
How much is that undinished multi storey car park?
I do hope that dog is for sale.

^are you sure you are not on the booze?
This is a century thread mate, Bangkokers will know exactly what I am talking about.
Just how much is that land worth and is anything original planned for it?
^ yeah, I'm game. I'm a businessman with an eye to exploit. Tell me more.
bet that land is worth a fortune and is already owned by someone. No doubt there are already plans to develop it as well.
That I figured but just how much? ...It has been there since I can remember, I know if I had paid for it I wouldn't let it sit there rotting in all weathers, it would be an apartment block, mall or hotel by now - or if I wanted to be brave and eccentric - maybe a super brothel with a pool and water chutes going down to that pub under the Landmark.
"I'm an outsider by choice, but not truly. It's the unpleasantness of the system that keeps me out. I'd rather be in, in a good system. That's where my discontent comes from: being forced to choose to stay outside.
My advice: Just keep movin' straight ahead. Every now and then you find yourself in a different place."

how much the britsih embassy sell a similar plot for less than a year ago? imagine would be similar.
Is that the block with the church at the back that I have been too a few times?
Yes, that's the one.Originally Posted by MeMock

I heard Chuwit is the owner and has a plan to turn it into parkland ... after which he will likely focus on lower Sukhumivit areas ... more parkland ... now why couldn't such a fine chap be the governor of Bangkok?
^^ Chuwit is trying to rent out his house in his current park for 400 k a month. He said the bonus is the large garden (the park).
Have often wondered the same thing myself. Any commercial venture there would be a guaranteed success.
That would be the street-cart daytime carpark/storage yard?
I've wondered the same thing
I've never exited the skytrain at nana or asoke.
But I've seen it from the train. I thought it was a rehab joint for soi dogs.
No it's not.Yes, that's the one.
It's on the other side of Soi 6.
Yeah but there is a church down the Soi, and a rough-ish (but actually very cheap and not bad value) hotel called "Crown Hotel" and not much else other than rats, soi dogs and dereliction.
I've got a erstwhile cart in there so if anyone is planning on doing anything to that building I want the cart back first.
^ whoa, is that the radical Emperor Tud at teakdoor now? welcome, start a newbie thread.
The open land has been sold, and is scheduled for construction early next year, the shell, I believe, is still stuck in the Bangkok equivalent of Hollywood development hell.
