    I doubt it will happen in our lifetimes, they cant drain swamps and stick in pilings for airports yet

    Maybe a nuclear power plant would be a prestige object to propel Thailand to the forefront of international development and make it an energy hub in Asia?

    A good way to restore confidence after the airport disaster.
