^He seems to have gone away.

I didn't expect him to change his mind. infact i didn't expect him to change his mind because those he has been quoting don't agree with him either.

All I was hoping for was to get him to actually write in his own words what he believes. You would have thought for someone who wants to convince others he is right, he might have been up for that.

I suppose we will just sit there and wait for the next suitable thread for him to paste spam. Perhaps he is doing his homework to work out whether or not the hiv virus actually exists?

There are three 'groups' of thinkers in the HIV/AIDS debate. The first is from the Church of AIDS who believe that HIV exists AND that it causes AIDS. These people take billions of your tax dollars to enrich themselves.

The second are people like retrovirologist Professor Peter Duesberg at University of California Berkeley who believe a retrovirus called HIV exists but that it is harmless.

And then there are scientists such as the "Perth Group" in Australia who believe HIV doesn't even exist.

To understand these ideas you have to read the material at virusmyth.org (which Hazz obviously has not done, based on the simple-mindedness of his posts).

A good place to start is with the documentary that has won 13 awards, House Of Numbers.

If it won't consistently play from above then go to youtube and type
'house of numbers documentary' and look for the picture above. Click on that.

Guyinthailand thanks for your reply and thank you for the summary of what hiv deniers believe as a community.
But I am still at a bit of a loss as to what do you believe?

I really don't want to repeat myself. I have made a few points

In post 87 I ask about inconsistencies in what you seem to be saying about haemophiliacs and ask about all of these different groups of people who seem to be using per successfully to identify a wide range or organisms. Could you comment on this post

in post 92 would you care to point out the mistakes in what I am saying

Don't feel you have to discuss my quotes from the perth group as they have withdrawn the summary, they want more time to reconsider their core beliefs.

Please try to go beyond... simply saying I am wrong; because thats what this flat earther who kept telling when I was discussing his ideas that gravity does not exist, its an illusion created by the flat earth accelerating upwards at 9.8m/s2 and that nasa is just a conspiracy to grab billions of tax payer money. I don't want to think of you being in the same category as that gent.

If I am wrong, give me a logical explanation. your own words would be fgar more convincing that 20 year old quotes

^^But the point is I am trying to discuss what you believe. Do you believe in anything; because you are having a real hard time articulating it in your own words.

The ideas you are promoting whether you are right to wrong could have life threatening consequences to people depending upon wether they believe you or not.

Given the seriousness of this issue the least you can do is make a logical reasoned statement of your beliefs and why you are right. You are just as qualified to do this as anyone else even the perth group. You do not need to talk though the quotes of others. So why the reluctance; do you lack confidence in your convictions?

Personally when it comes to aids and hiv I am a disinterested bystander. I have no personal investment, medical, professional or financial in any ideas regarding hiv and aids. however I am interested in those suffering from aids and hiv being helped to live out their lives and would help prompt anything that help achieve this.

At this moment in time you don't seem to be offering anything that improves upon what you believe is wrong.
I have watched your film already, I have read the supporting and dissenting reviews of the film. The volumes of cherry picking taking place in the film and the omission of much that has happened in the last 20 years regarding hiv research has caused me to lack confidence in their argument. If they had confidence in their arguments, they would not ignore evidence against their arguments, but would embrace it an use it to update and improve their ideas.

I am genuinely open to being convinced otherwise.

plainly you have no ability to see the answers staring you in the face. But you are a good little tool for the pharmaceutical industry, swallowing their bs whole.

AZT is still used. And it killed tens of thousands--perhaps hundreds of thousands--and yet you dismiss it with a an idiotic saying 'old school'. Whose got their facts wrong? (and what kind of callous person are you to dismiss these deaths?)

If I got my facts and opinions from one year ago you would still be complaining about that. Facts aren't dismissed just because they are one year old, 5 years old, or 10 years old. They are either right, or wrong.

"Dominated by the media, by special pressure groups and by the interests of several pharmaceutical companies, the AIDS establishment efforts to control the disease lost contact with open-minded, peer-reviewed medical science since the unproven HIV/AIDS hypothesis received 100% of the research funds while all other hypotheses were ignored."Dr. Etienne de Harven, Emeritus Professor of Pathology, at the University of Toronto: (Reappraising AIDS Nov./Dec. 1998)

How toxic are AIDS drugs? Is there clinical evidence that these drugs help people live longer?

    Watch this and find out.

    "David Rasnick
I received my PhD in chemistry from Georgia Tech in 1978. I have BS degrees in biology and chemistry.

I have 25 years experience with proteases and protease inhibitors, and worked 20 years in pharmaceutical industry developing protease inhibitors for tissue destroying diseases: cancer, emphysema, arthritis, parasitic diseases.

I began my professional career at Abbott Laboratories in 1978 where I helped establish the chemistry group in the Diagnostics Division. I left Abbott in 1980 to become one of the founders of Enzyme Systems Products and Prototek. In 1993 I was a senior scientist for Khepri Pharmaceuticals, which was acquired by Arris Pharmaceuticals. I left Arris in 1996 and went across the Bay, where I worked closely with Professor Peter Duesberg at University of California at Berkeley for 10 years on the aneuploidy (or chromosomal
imbalance) theory of cancer. Currently I’m the Chief Science Officer of the cancer
diagnostics company I founded called Chromosome Diagnostics, LLC.

As an extension of my theoretical work on the aneuploidy theory of cancer, I invented DATE analysis, which stands for Differentiation, Adaptation, Transformation, Evolution. DATE analysis is a general theory of biological change, bridging the gulf between genotype and phenotype. DATE differs from metabolic control analysis (on which it is based) in that its essential task lies in the comparison of related phenotypes rather than in the precise definition or description of each.

I am former President of Rethinking AIDS: the group for the scientific reappraisal of the HIV hypothesis and former President of the International Coalition for Medical Justice.

From 2000-2008 I was a member of the Presidential AIDS Advisory Panel of South
    Africa."

Guyinthahiland. yet more paste spam; seriously do you have any idea's of your own. You still seem quite unable to commit to weather or not you believe that the hiv virus exists or not or even if haemophiliacs in the 1980's were more likely to die of aids.

One thing that bothers me about David Rasnick and his college Peter Duesberg. They are some of the best qualified dinners that you have presented, yet despite these skills they chose to spend the 80's and 90's doing their own things with diagnostics and cancer. rather than, what I would have thought would be far more important, researching a coherent alternative to the hiv-aids that better fits the observational evidence than the hiv cause.

GuyinThailand if academic credentials are an indication that we should trust what someone has to say; wouldn't that also apply to those who disagree with you?

Why don't you tell us what you think. paste spamming is just lazy

Did you not think when you were collecting your quotes, why is all this stuff old? why is there so little since 1995? and why is most of its pre 1993?

A quote is not a fact, it is not even an opinion, it is vulnerable to spin and manipulation ; which is why I am always suspicious of them. A Quote is a fragment of an opinion based upon information available at the time. And whilst that option might be correct at the time, it should always be subject to change as new information comes along to challenge or reenforce it.

If I were to paste quotes regarding ulcers from the 1980's you would be left with the belief that ulcers were the result of excess stomach acid. But since then its been discovered that ulcers for the most part are caused by a bacteria.

by looking only at the older information you end up giving people with ulcers the wrong advice. Go and buy gsk's anti-acids and you will feel better. with the new information you could tell them to buy gsk's anti-ulcer cure.

I wonder if this is what the people who provided you with these quotes are doing by apparently ignoring much that has happened over the last 15 years.

I have not found an instance, when both sides have been able to state their complete case, where the mainstream AIDS view has held up. Do you have a clue who this person is, what he believes now. I doubt it; because lets face it all you did was go to virusmyth to cut and paste yet another meaningless article of faith, this time with no date or citation.

Have you ever met anyone from these religious cults who answer every question with the pre-programmed quote from the bible. because you are beginning to post just like one.

^I tell you what I would like, what i would really really like; is for you to actually say what you believe in your own words. dispite repeated requests, we still don't know if you believe the hiv virus exists or not. We do however know you are an expert at copy and paste.

I have paid attention to Dr Duesberg, i even went to his website and followed his evidence for hiv being a harmless passenger virus. He lists three papers as supporting his claim.
only one of the papers could even vaguely be interpreted as remotely supporting his claim.

however that paper's author has written a letter explaining that Dr Duesberg has misinterpreted the results and in what way he has. In addition two papers that cite this paper have not found the same effect and explained why the first paper does not match their results in a rather logical way. Thus non of the three papers he lists as evidence for hiv being a harmless passenger virus stand up to being read. But then I doubt that even if you had been to his website you did more than count the papers he was citing and think gosh he must be right.

Given that Dr Duesberg has no background in aids research, presents such weak evidence for his ideas, cherry picks data and fails to acknowledge the existence of information that contradicts his ideas; let alone explain it away; all suggests to me that he is not really a reliable source of information or ideas.

I also wonder if Dr Albert Sabin might have changed his view of Dr Duesberg over the last lets see 23 years? Perhaps not given he died in 1993. And lets be honest you have never seen the original article and have no idea if this quote is an accurate portral of his opinion or just spin.

Very interesting podcast. An LAPD detective is on the warpath to prove the hoax that HIV causes AIDS. And he's helped eliminate convictions against HIV-positive people who have supposedly endangered their sexual partners.

    http://www.howpositiveareyou.com/pod...ClarkBaker.mp3

Clark Baker is a private investigator and former decorated LAPD detective who is reducing and eliminating convictions and sentences against HIV-positive people by asking the question, “Where’s the Virus?”. Clark is interviewed by Terry Michael and David Crowe for almost an hour discussing HIV/AIDS legal issues, the corruption of AIDS science and the addictiveness of some antiretroviral “AIDS” drugs.
If you know someone facing legal charges for being HIV-positive, such as a complaint from a former lover that they were unaware of their HIV status, you must contact Clark’s “Innocence Project” at the Office of Scientific and Medical Justice (OMSJ). For those who are interested and concerned about HIV/AIDS legal issues and the harsh punishment meted out to HIV-positive people Clark drops some tantalizing hints about ongoing and future legal actions.
