People get drunk and do stupid shit all the time. Whilst its not a reason to let them get away with it, its also not a reason to treat them harshly.

At the end of the day, if you don't want to deal with drunks doing stupid shit, get a job where you don't have to deal with them. He sounds like those US servicemen who wanted to leave the army because they didn't want to get shot at.

The only request I have is that she gets treated in the same way that a drunk man groping a stewardess would. if thats a caution; give one. but if its a fine and/or jail time; then thats what she should get.
