Italian Cabinet Minister Denies Performing Oral Sex On Prime Minister

Mara Carfagna, Italian Minister of Equal Opportunities, has denied performing oral sex with Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi. She called the charges “vulgar and fanciful.”

Carfagna, a former topless model and showgirl, entered politics in 2006. Carfagna said that despite her semi-nude photographs, she has emphasized her family values. Because of Carfagna’s inexperience, her appointment to the newly formed Berlusconi government surprised many observers.


Last year, Berlusconi publicly apologize to his wife after saying that he would “immediately” marry Carfagna if he was single. The latest incident arose after Berlusconi was taped in phone conversation seeking jobs for attractive actresses he called his “little butterflies.” In one of the calls, Berlusconi made suggestive comments about Carfagna.

It is hard to imagine that some people consider politics boring.
