Whaddya expect from a president who appointed a carp czar? It's the taxpayers' money, who cares.

Surely the burning question is: How come they don't know how to wash their cocks?
The oldest human remains ever found were in Africa, so they have been around for a while. I don't remember when I learned to wash mine, but I think it was somewhere around 4 to 6 years of age. Not fast learners are they?

It's work on preventing HIV by - judging from the link in the first post - someone with a decent track record and it's costing less than a quarter of a cent per person. That seems like a fair deal. Americans like to congratulate themselves on their generosity so here's a chance to be generous by dropping a quarter of a cent in the tin.

For the same amount of money, you could, of course, pay for one American soldier to stay in Afghanistan for slightly less than a year. For that, you'll achieve almost nothing beyond ensuring that a good number more people hate America, some of whom will wish to use violence against you.

If you want to complain about what your government does with the nation's money - and if I were American, I certainly would - this is utterly inconsequential. The wars, and the massive transfer of wealth from public to private hands (which both parties have overseen in the past few years) are what I would complain about, not ridiculous stories like this, quite obviously put about by the right-wing press to distract you from the real crimes.
