There are thousands of cases. Look at armies of child soldiers like the Lord's Liberation Army. A problem with questions like the one you replied to are that they're predicated on blinkered western conceptions about crime and children. There are children who murder and torture all over the world, however they tend to be foreign, dark, far away, and involved in wars and so to many westerners they barely count as people, let alone children.
