    Pupils laugh too loudly.

Council inspectors are investigating a Roman Catholic primary school after complaints about the noise levels. Officials from a noise pollution team were brought in after neighbours claimed they were being confined to their homes due to the "unbearable"screams of laughter from the youngsters.Locals also complained about shouting by the school sports teacher during games lessons.Nearly 150 people who live near the 384 pupil school in Bolton have signed a petition demanding that council take steps to reduce the noise levels. Investigators have now carried out noise assessment tests to see if 'levels of laughing ' exceed 'tolerable limits recommended by the World Health Organisation" A report on the situation is due to be considered by the"Council's Pollution Control Unit" later this month. I would love to see these feckers live near a Thai school, with all the noise that comes out of my one...they'd be buying sniper rifles and taking pot-shots...

come to think of it just living in the LOnoise takes some getting used to...I've been here 6yrs and I still can't get used to their obsession of everything being at full blast...or they obviously can't hear it....deaf bastards..Not to mention the fact that no one in Thailand knows what distortion is...mostly all places have horrendous distortion....even TV programs my wife watches!!!!! I'm incredulous at these morons sometimes.

Maybe the people from Bolton just don't like to hear these Catholics having fun...seeing as most of the converted third world of catholics aren't having any fun at all.....AIDS, FAMINE...etc

Put up perspex around the school fences angled in the way to keep the sound in.

Cuts the noise down a huge amount in Korea.
