Wacko suffers heart attack?

BREAKING NEWS: POP legend Michael Jackson has reportedly suffered a heart attack and been rushed to hospital in Los Angeles.
TMZ reports Jackson, 50, was taken by ambulance to a hospital in Los Angeles after a cardiac arrest at his home.
Captain Steve Ruda of the Los Angeles Fire Department told the LA Times that when paramedics arrived at Jackson's mansion the king of pop was not breathing.
Paramedics administered CPR in the ambulance.

He was picked up at his home around 6.30am (Queensland time).
TMZ quoted a family member saying Jackson was in "really bad shape."

"He is not doing well," his father Joe Jackson reportedly said

The same website is saying he died, he was due to begin a series of comeback concerts with an appearance at London's O2 arena on 13 July. Only 50 years old, yes a bit wacko but a great entertainer. RIP Michael

Off The Wall, Thriller and to a lesser extent Bad are all great albums.

Reports that he's dead are as yet unconfirmed according to the BBC.

BBC World News are quoting the TMZ site but say that the site is normally very reliable. CNN still saying he is in a coma.

Interesting how Jackson's death could be such news amongst as all.

An iconic figure, hugely popular on a grand scale very few can achieve, and it's almost unbelievable I'm sure to many of the 30+ yr olds here that he may not be here anymore.

Pedo or not, and that can and will be discussed, there can be no doubt he was a giant figure of the 20th century and a pop genius. A man made for the history books.
