    Anchorage hit 7.0

Heart and mind on my friends in and around Anchorage.
They're a hearty, capable and tenacious bunch.

    7 is quite significant.
Would Anchorage be considered on the "rim of fire"?
There was a seismic anomaly worldwide the other day.

It would be the Ring of Fire but close enough.

It would be. And I was listening to Johnny Cash just the other day.

I know what I got mixed up with; "Pacific Rim".

Did anyone else notice the difference between Norton’s map and Hicks map?

Hicks map did not include Indonesia. A topographical or typographical error surely?

I hope all your friends come through unscathed Hick.

I will be in Bali/Sumatra over the festive season. Hoping for a quake free turkey dinner. Spent last year playing football and tug of war on Christmas Day.

    Tipsy? Just a little bit.
