Tiny London house narrower than a train carriage on sale for £1,000,000

Originally the stable access to the rear of the high street, the home which is just 7ft 7in wide, was one of the original ‘gap houses’. The four-bedroom three-storey home is located in a conservation area in Battersea and has featured in several property shows including George Clarke’s Amazing Spaces. In 2013, London based architects’ studio Alma-nac designed a three storey extension to create an extra room on each floor, increasing floor space by more than a third to 1,058 square feet.

For the £1 million price tag, buyers will have two reception rooms on the ground floor with a kitchen breakfast room. The second floor includes a master bedroom with dressing room and shower room as well as an additional bedroom. A further two bedrooms and a family bathroom can be found on the third floor, with a loft above.
‘I have loved living in a fabulous part of SW11 in the heart of a friendly, local neighbourhood and I’ve no doubt that the next owner will have equal pride in owning this piece of architectural brilliance.’ Jasper Colliver, head of Savills Wandsworth who is selling the home, said: ‘Its unique proportions make The Slim House a really rare find and one of just a handful in London. ‘Having been extended by its former owners, the property has been cleverly designed with well-placed storage and bespoke fittings to maximise the 1,058 square feet of living accommodation.

With those sorts of credentials, and having an outside area too. I'd say it's worth it. I like it.
The only thing I'd change is the back yard. It needs to be a BBQ area and herb garden.
