In some counties but not England where the Church of England is the official state religion with the Queen as head of it all. If the fellow/s who ramned those folks turn out to be an adherentz to the Church of England, by definition the Queen is a terrorist. Makes sense to me.

The events of the night have been updated as following ...

Key points:

A van was driven into a crowd outside the Muslim Welfare House in Finsbury Park
London Mayor Sadiq Khan has described the incident as a "horrific terror attack"
One person was killed and 10 others injured, while the attacker was arrested at the scene

One man has been confirmed dead after a van was driven into a crowd of worshippers near a London mosque, with the driver
under arrest and counter-terror police called in.

A white van was driven into the crowd near the Finsbury Park Mosque in North London just after midnight, as worshippers
were leaving following Ramadan prayers.

A 48-year-old driver of the van was detained by members of the public at the scene, and arrested by police.

The Metropolitan Police's Counter-terrorism Command is leading the investigation.

The London Ambulance Service said eight people were being treated for injuries in hospital, with two others earlier treated
at the scene for minor injuries.

But police appeared to discount earlier reports that some victims had been stabbed, saying none of the injured suffered knife wounds.

The Muslim Council of Britain said the incident was a "violent manifestation of Islamophobia" and called for increased security
at Britain's mosques in the wake of the incident.

"During the night, ordinary British citizens were set upon while they were going about their lives, completing their night worship,"
secretary general of the Council, Harun Khan, said in a statement.

"It appears from eyewitness accounts that the perpetrator was motivated by Islamophobia."

London Mayor Sadiq Khan called the incident a "horrific terrorist attack on innocent people".

"It was an assault on our shared values of tolerance, freedom and respect," he said in a statement.

Mr Khan announced extra police would be deployed to reassure communities, especially those observing Ramadan.

Interesting that the Mayor and other Muslim groups are calling this attack terrorism.

I dont remember them being so vocal in condemnation of previous attacks against innocent people of any religion by those screaming allahu akbar and having their actions claimed by a real terrorist group ISIS.

While any of these attacks anywhere against anyone regardless of motivation should never happen the reaction of the Muslim groups in this instance could well come under the heading of the words of Corporal Jones "They dont like it up-em Sir"

I see on the BBC news some muzzie guy spouting off to the interviewer that he wanted to know why in previous attacks by muzzies the police were quicker to the scene than the Finsbury Park incident.
I can imagine the police commander saying to his men 'go slow it's only an attack on some muzzies'.
