I'm sure it will be good for the GDP figures and some stock prices. A shovel ready job if there are people to find, so difficult with full ameristani employment.

Plenty of prisoners sitting idle , a good dose of radiation would help in a rehabilitation program.

    Outside only, sir.

I've never done time. (Never committed crimes.)

I grew up in a neighborhood (Storekeeper knows where it is, as he used to live there) with clean air, a view of the mountains and water.

    Working class or so-called 'middle-class.'

From this neighborhood, which had virtually no crime, the neigbhorhood kids:

One person doing life without parole since he was 18 - he's been in 28 years.

One kid did 9 years, got released, then was murdered in another state last year.

One guy got 5 years in Clallam Bay, State Pen in WA.

One guy did about 12 years, fled 'community custody' (parole) and go caught a few months ago.

2 brothers that lived in the neighborhood both died of gunshot wounds. They were tough and a bit scary:

one brother was shot in the head in West Bremerton in an argument with a roommate over a washing machine.

The other got shot in bed in his apartment (which his girlfriend) was killed also.

    Me: I'm clean. Clean.
