According to the NAACP statements (haven't seen their charter or whatever) you don't have to be black to work or be a director there.

"White privilage."

The majority of whites (like all ethnic groups in the US) are working class. They are not rich, went to public school and do normal jobs.

Privilage is about your family having wealth. $$$$. That's when privilaged kids can go to private schools, have tutors, etc.

As they see it even trailer trash whites enjoy white privilege. Their definition is far broader than yours.

As for Matt Lauer, after 2 minutes he did call her on some things and used the term "deceive" so kudos to him. He didn't suck up as much as I initially thought in the beginning of the interview.

I thought I attended an all-white high school but apparently a perm makes one black so I guess I was wrong. Back then I think we called them hippies.

^ On my iPad now so can't share but just saw a new article that has a 10-11 picture photo shoot she did a couple years ago. Some of them she's nude with her braids covering some body parts. Not a bad body if you like them thick.
