They can lobby for whatever they want within the constraints of the law which excludes inciting acts of war.

Business advocates are constrained by the same laws and they cannot and do not make requests for military deployments.

It would be a terminal embarrassment that could not be lived down if a western corporation were caught on tape making suggestions that a specific military engagement be embarked upon for the purposes of furthering their weapons sales.

You are on a loser here Looper.
Advising to give aid in money or material to a country is not inciting an act of war.
And if you think they cannot advise an act of war, please provide the relevant cite.
For the purpose of lobbying politicians, corporations are citizens. (n the US)
Is it illegal for a citizen to ask his congressman to call for a war against a foreign power??

It is you who made the comparison between citizens and corporations.

What I said was that there is no way that a western arms manufacturer would make a request to government that a specific act of war be embarked upon or that material aid be provided to a specific belligerent for the purposes of furthering sales of their arms which is what QC said was the case in his first post.
