    Kirchner battles dead prosecutor scandal

Haven't seen this posted yet, but it might explain why we haven't heard the old bat banging on about the Falklands for a while. Somewhat preoccupied methinks.

BUENOS AIRES — Alberto Nisman, the prosecutor whose mysterious death has gripped Argentina, had drafted a request for the arrest of President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, accusing her of trying to shield Iranian officials from responsibility in the 1994 bombing of a Jewish center here, the lead investigator into his death said Tuesday.

The 26-page document, which was found in the garbage at Mr. Nisman’s apartment, also sought the arrest of Héctor Timerman, Argentina’s foreign minister. Both Mrs. Kirchner and Mr. Timerman have repeatedly denied Mr. Nisman’s accusation that they tried to reach a secret deal with Iran to lift international arrest warrants for Iranian officials wanted in connection with the bombing.

The new revelation that Mr. Nisman had drafted documents seeking the arrest of the president and the foreign minister illustrates the heightened tensions between the prosecutor and the government before he was found dead on Jan. 18 at his apartment with a gunshot wound to his head. He had been scheduled the next day to provide details before Congress about his accusations against Mrs. Kirchner.

Indeed. She's a weird one for sure. However I trust her significantly more than I would trust the NY Times and the people she is up against which as she is a weirdo isn't saying much.

    Here we go again.

All I did was put up a post from a main stream media about the subject of the thread saying that she believed she was in lone for regime change soon. Coupled with the unlikely event that a prosecutor would put a file about a senior politician in the dust bin to be found.... all very convenient.

So what have you got against the Jooooos harry? You mention them a lot....

She is blaming 'rogue elements' in her own security forces today. Tomorrow it will be someone else. The Mossad maybe the next culprits.

Sounds as if all this could develop into a keen int'l scandal with all the predictable intrigue, conspiracy and cover-up.

You boys need to dig a little deeper.

Why would they want to do that when their mind is already made up to believe everything they see in the New York Times or on CNN.

Well actually I got the original briefing from StratFor, so according to you that must mean the CIA are behind it.

Good for you. I am not denying the story is in the press Balders despite the antics of HarryTroll.

I simply said it was very interesting that a prosecutor left a "26-page document" for the arrest of president in a dustbin in his apartment. In fact, and may I be so bold as to quote myself, I said it was "convenient". That then opens the trap door of typical bullshit from the 25000 poster of snide bullshit that is harry.

It is hardly my fault that you can't fucking read. It says that it was a Draft. Drafts usually end up in the bin.

Which begs the question: Where did the final version go?

But that escaped you in your desperate, schoolboy rush to be a smug little c u n t as usual.

A prosecution document for a president? In the bin? It's only a draft so it will not have any confidential information in it? Is that how a dullard IT boy sees it?

Seems a bit drastic. We're talking about a bit of run of the mill graft that all politicians around the world pull on a day in day out basis and she kills him over a draft? In a bin? Is there a Final version? Did he think "ahh thats a load of tosh" and decided not to bother?

Maybe. Maybe she heard about it from the heads of secret service that she has just sacked (a brave move if they told her... to sack them) and sent a hit squad around to kill him with express orders not to look for any incriminating documents, or if they do, don't bother looking in the bin. Maybe.

All very interesting that this 26 page document is not backed up with reams and reams of documents in his office with a huge team of people working on it which would perhaps be needed to prosecute a president. The standard lawyers folder to prosecute at shop lifter runs to more than 26 pages. Maybe it was so open and shut case that it only needed 26 pages of a draft to get the job done hence him being killed?

We mustn't think about the bankers chasing her, or other groups around the world annoyed at her, only about the fact that in a bin the one draft document that proves something (apparently) was found next to this guys (whose credentials we know nothing about) dead body.

    it was public knowledge

AMIA prosecutor accuses CFK, Timerman of 'covering up' Iran's involvement in bombing - BuenosAiresHerald.com

The prosecutor in charge of the AMIA bombing investigation Alberto Nisman has filed a 300-page complaint accusing President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner and Foreign Minister Héctor Timerman among other kirchnerite political figures of “covering up” Iranian citizens allegedly involved in the deadly 1994 attack.
In the document that was released today, Nisman demands a preventive embargo of 200 million pesos on Ms. Kirchner and requests to question the President, Mr. timerman, lawmaker of head of the pro-government organization "La Cámpora" Andrés Larroque, members of Argentina’s Intelligence Office, ex attorney and judge Héctor Yrimia, leader of the Iranian community here Jorge “Yussuf” Khali and political leaders Luis D'Elía and Fernando Esteche.

So what is the relevance of the draft in the bin then? Zero relevance? Why would she kill him if all this was already in the pipeline?

More to the point, what has this to do with Iran?

No suspects have been convicted for the bombing and there have been many allegations made, including those blaming the government of Iran.[20] The investigations were marred by incompetence;[21] former President Néstor Kirchner called them a "national disgrace" in 2005. In 1999 an arrest warrant was issued against Hezbollah member Imad Mugniyah in connection with the attack.[16] Argentine justice accused Tehran in 2006 of being behind the attacks, allegedly because of Buenos Aires' decision to suspend a nuclear material delivery and technology transfer
A bit of speculation then and maybe a completely misleading report in the NYTimes maybe?

In the days following the bombing, Israel sent Mossad agents to Argentina to investigate.
Ohhh thats why then. Mossad and CIA Bob Baer said it was the Iranians so it must have been.

Good. Case closed - kill the bitch, get the money to the US bankers, and lets open the doors for US big business.

I don't think they needed to translate anything flake. No one has been prosecuted for the bombings although some claim that some random people have been assassinated in revenge attacks by the global victims. Yes, they are blaming Iran as usual.

Blimey each and every post you make these days is like something out of the vagina monologues.
