Rich kid sets his Ferrari 458 Italia on fire because he wanted a new one

A SWISS millionaire officially has the brattiest child in the world.

The man’s unnamed 20-year-old son intentionally set his $400,000 Ferrari 458 Italia on fire, hoping to get insurance money to buy the Italian company’s newer, better, faster model.

According to theNew York Daily News, the poor kid just wanted a new Ferrari and was too afraid to tell his father that his 458 was a horrible car in his eyes and that he desperately needed a new one, so he took things into his own hands.

Let’s just take a second to think about the horrible situation the kid was in — not only was his Ferrari no longer the newest, best model he could buy, but he was only receiving $13,000 a month in allowance money. Oh, and the fact he only has 14 other cars, including peasant models like a Lamborghini. I mean, did he have any other option?

Lucky for him, he met a Ferrari salesman who recommended that because his current Ferrari wouldn’t cover the costs of the new one, he should just destroy it and get the insurance company to pay it off.

So the kid, who is as equally as intelligent as the Ferrari salesman, then went out and hired two people, for close to $20,000 each to take his car through the nearby Swiss border into Germany and set it on fire. He even went and got a relaxing massage while this was all happening so he would have an alibi.

But unfortunately for our unlucky and hard-done-by 20-year-old, the whole act of arson was caught by pesky security cameras. Darn you security companies!

So now, his Ferrari has been completely destroyed, he’s getting 22 months probation and a $44,000 fine and he only has 14 cars left.

It’s a tale that’s almost as tragic as the time Johnny Lawrence of the Cobra Kai Dojos lost to that hopeless nerdy guy in the Karate Kid.

But, there’s a message in this story: if you’re going to set your Ferrari on fire, don’t do it in front of security cameras.

I mean, don’t commit insurance fraud, even if you feel like you deserve a brand new Ferrari.

This story seems to have a lot of new coverage, I guess its the insurance fraud, the arson o f a farrari, the entitled shit.

Nobody has been asking the question, why is he the 'unnamed son of a millionair', rather poor show when a mear millionair can buy the silence of the swiss government and keep his moronic son's name out of a global news story.

to me that's a much bigger issue than either arson or insurance fraud.
