The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) is planning to overthrow Venezuela's government by using student organizations throughout a wide variety of educational institutions in the country, according to former CIA collaborator, Raúl Capote. He admitted to one media source that university students are being used by the CIA as the driving force and constitute the destabilizing opposition student movement the nation is currently dealing with. Capote also admits to media manipulation being one of the main vehicles used to deceive onlookers and outsiders.
Capote starts by describing what activities have been launched in Venezuela's universities. Revolutionary educational entities, for example, where all revolutionaries have graduated are being converted into 'factories for reactionaries'. The process of getting from point A to point B is as simple as molding leaders, something they have started doing in Venezuela. "They sent students to Yugoslavia, financed by the International Republican Institute (IRI), which was financed by USAID and by the Albert Einstein Institute, and sent them, in groups of ten, with their professors," Capote said to Venezuelanalysis.com. According to his accounts, hundreds were sent over there and worked on a long-term basis.
"I believe that in Venezuela it began before the Chávez government, because the plan for converting Latin American universities, which were always sources of revolutionary processes, into reactionary universities, is older than the Venezuelan [Bolivarian] process, to reverse the situation and create a new right-wing," Capote explained to a media outlet. The CIA was not only working in Caracas as it had been sticking its nose in every nook and cranny throughout Venezuela.
Not only are universities being infiltrated by US government agents in covert operations, the plan runs deeper than classrooms and student organizations. The relationship between the CIA and the up and running embassies in South America are breeding grounds for CIA informants. In all actuality, "every embassy in Latin America, all the US embassies have CIA officials, working within them," according to Capote's inside knowledge.
What is even more worrisome is the profound tactics covert US agents use in Venezuela to spread their propaganda to bring down the government. "They are tremendously aggressive in the manipulation of the information. Tremendously aggressive. To the point where you say it’s a blunder, because there are images which are so obviously not from Venezuela," Capote said to Venezuelanalysis.com.
To explain in more detail, Capote tells the story of one very famous image he caught a glimpse of, a journalist with a camera, alongside a solider. The image clearly shows they are Koreans, they are Asian and not at all from a Latin American country.
The plan to take down Venezuela seems more robust than previous blueprints have been at defacing other nations simply because the CIA has learned from past experiences and repeat failures. According to Capote's philosophy on overthrowing the government, "wherever they have a legitimate government, a solid government, and people disposed to defend the revolution, the plan has failed on them".
If the public keeps getting spoon-fed with lies from student organizations who may actually be covert agents for the CIA, then of course they will see leaders like Chávez as malicious. People need to educate themselves on what is really going on instead of just listening to the inaccurate information they are being given by multiple groups with other interests in mind. If a community stays united, this is how to defeat such colossal projects that come from the Special Services unit and from capitalism, according to the ex-CIA informant.
Raúl Capote, from Cuba, got caught up with the US Central Intelligence Agency when he was young. He claims that they gave him a never-ending amount of money to conspire in Cuba. Though, something unpredictable happened to the US agency. Capote was actually employed by Cuba's national security unit. From that moment on, he was a double agent.
