    Knockout all the electricity for a 10 mile radius and you can burgle any office you like.

    Silicon Valley probably has a huge amount of material valuable in industrial espionage.

    The whole security industry has to pump up the volume to justify their expense accounts.
    Anything unexplained becomes useful in turning it into a terror story.
    The U.S.A public don,t buy into Marshens have landed in UFO,s
    but the war on terror can be used to explain the known , unknowens.
