After blowing off the funeral of Margaret Thatcher, who helped us win the Cold War and was probably the best foreign friend America has had since Winston Churchill, Obama announced that he will fly to Africa to pay his respects to the guy who said this:

“If there is a country that has committed unspeakable atrocities in the world, it is the United States of America.”

Obama has also ordered flags flown at half-mast all the way through Monday to honor Nelson Mandela, despite the convicted communist terrorist explicitly aligning himself with America’s worst enemies, including the Soviet Union, Cuba, Libya, and the PLO.

The comparison is still the same, Freedom Fighter, or Terrorist?

In the old days when the world was a "massive" place and little factual info around, with closed countries, plenty propoganda, people were "branded" according to local politics, and the wider world didn't bother to much.

Then the world became a smaller place, with more information available, more quicker, and more questions asked, and more educated people, and people seen through the propoganda, both ways, and formed their own views on matters.

Brit guy got arrested and interrogated for 8 hours, with his computer swept, for tweeting a Mandela joke. Meanwhile, the uber-Left were falling over themselves with Thatcher jokes and celebration when she died, and the same media righteously claimed that is their right.

A once great nation that's been castrated by the Left.

It's the same all over the world, leemo. A rugged individualistic American conservative of WW2, even as late as the McCarthy years would regard the Tea Party as castrated bleeding-heart liberals. I don't know if the left is to blame, but the Jews might something to do with it. Conservativism in these old days always meant anti-semitism, but when Israel was taken to America's heart, it drifted to the left, and liberalism raised its ugly head.

Been trying to avoid the Mandela news it's been getting tiresome, caught the highlights last night .God pissed on his parade yesterday to an half empty stadium with politicians falling over themselves to be pictured there.
What a crock of crap.

Blag of the month goes to the chap who got the gig as the sign language expert at Nelson Mandela's funeral and stood there under the eyes of the world and basically, completely winged it! What a geezer.!!!
