| Progressives = Clueless | Pigophobia Strikes in Amsterdam A school in Amsterdam will no longer be teaching students about farm living, after Muslim pupils began trashing the classroom when the subject of pigs came up: School Scraps Nature Course As Pigs Enrage Muslim Pupils. AMSTERDAM, 27/04/07 - A school in Amsterdam has halted lessons on rural life because the Islamic children refused to talk about pigs. Reporting this, Alderman Lodewijk Asscher said he wants to take “tough measures.” Subsidies for all kinds of dubious groups must stop and parents of unruly children penalised financially. Asscher told newspaper De Volkskrant: “A primary school in Amsterdam-Noord has decided no longer to teach about living on a farm. Various pupils began to demolish the classroom when the pig came up for discussion. Apparently it has gone that far. These children, 9, 10 years old, have not been given even the most elementary rules at home about why they must go to school.” How long until the EU goes about making the Pig extinct so Muslims can pretend the things never existed? ![]()

Does the EU determine what's taught in Dutch schools or not? How does this reported event correlate to an imaginary "making the pig extinct"? Is this Laguna sunshine reasoning, or just a misplaced sense of humour?

| ^ What exactly do you mean to say? A single country in the EU will be followed by all the others? Can you back up this claim? And it seems you still haven't read what you posted and I reposted already: Quote:

| I'll have to check the veracity of the OP, But I'll say this again, as I've said it many times before, for more than 15 years. Muslims should not be allowed in the West. Westerners should not be allowed in Muslim countries. Period. Full segregation will keep everyone happy.

| Progressives = Clueless | Norway: "Pig" replaced with "fox" in kindergarten fairy tales Document.no, Norway's largest independent weblog, reports that in Norwegian kindergartens, pigs in traditional fairy tales are now quietly being replaced with other animals. A person who visits kindergartens to read fairy tales experienced that in stories by Asbjřrnsen and Moe, the Norwegian equivalent of the Brothers Grimm, the word pig had been replaced with fox. When she discovered the same thing happening in another kindergarten, she wondered whether this was a new policy. In Sweden previously, the wording of several older books for children such as Pippi Longstocking has been changed to make them more "culturally sensitive." |

| I make a point of cooking up bacon and pork sausages every weekend, just so the headbangers next door don't forget the delicious aroma that comes from bacon. |

Jewish folks I know do not eat pork or bacon. Even if it's in a broth. Some are more strict than others, though of course.
