| It's normally in Thai because the usufruct must be register at the land office. The usufructuary's name will be put on the title deed. A lawyer will normally draft this contract. We did many at our office, always in Thai. You pay 1% tax at the office on the value of the usufruct (it's normally done for free (example: your wife gives you the usufruct for free)...so, 1% of 0 baht is ZERO). You can't use the land for commercial uses, unless you will also pay some taxes. But no problem for personal use. Sorry, I've never seen one that you can download on Internet.

| if you google youll find some info here //www.thailandlawonline.com/sample_text_usufruct.html here I too am seeking aLOCAL lawyer who speaks more English than Thai The sharks Isaw in C Mai would not qoute a price they must think theres one born every minute I too would like to see a draft in English CHas anyone had asatisfactory job done in C Rai province or C Mai please? |
