| Condo and Visa Options Wasn't there an option not long ago to buy a condo for say, 5m THB, and have a 1 year VISA ? Could such an "investor" visa be available for someone with a 1m USD investment parked in Thai stocks and different Thai bank accounts ? |

| ^ yeah, that's what I was afraid of. There were also an option for higher priced condo, not sure if this was also nuked. Probably, with the property boom those deals don't make sense no more. Last edited by Butterfly : 27-06-2007 at 07:23 PM. |
