Wongwian Yai BTS Station is located on Krung Thonburi Road near the intersection of Somdet Phrachao Taksin Road.
The Wongwian circle has a statue of King Taksin which was built in 1953 by an Italian sculptor.
For shopping there is a Robinsons and Wongwian Yai Plaza, if you are after Thai leather goods then Charoen Rat Road is the place to go.
