Airport Taxi change increase in Hanoi

Hi, just to inform anyone using airport taxi's from Noi Bai Intl. Airport to Hanoi city that the below documents have been issued to our company lawyers.

I don't know why the English translation isn't stamped (maybe just a company translation for us and not the original doc? )

Print them and show them to the people at the airport and there should be no issues. I have never been overcharged but I guess I have been lucky so far as many have.
