A Repeat of 2004 Philly Voter Chaos, Fraud Posted by: Amanda Carpenter at 7:46 AM EXCLUSIVE, DEVELOPING--

GOP Election Board members have been tossed out of polling stations in more than half a dozen polling stations in Philadelphia because of their party status.

A liberal judge previously ruled that court-appointed poll watchers could be NOT removed from their boards by an on-site election judge, but that is exactly what is happening.

It is the duty of election board workers to monitor and guard the integrity of the voting process.

Denying access to the minority (in this case Republican) poll watchers and inspectors is a violation of Pennsylvania state law. Those who violate the law can be punished with a misdemeanor and subjected to a fine of $1,000 and sent to prison between one month and two years.

Those on site as describing it as "pandemonium" and there may be video coming of the chaos.

And there's more...

Last night FOX News 9 in the Twin Cities broadcast a two-part investigation into illegal voter registration by convicted felons. In some cases, they're regisering to vote from prison. What gives? Part 1 is here, part 2 is here.

I remember voting times in Thailand. Half of the people on Samui vanished to go home and vote. They all needed their ID cards to do so. Fine.
And face it, as noted above, most people don't even know who's in the race or what the issues are. Get Acorn or its ilk rounding up homeless, giving them free coffee and smokes and telling them to check Obama on the ballot is not democratic IMO.
Thanks for the red Jet.

Anyway, what is so difficult in checking SS numbers against a central database to protect against this:

Why does this apply in a US election? I thought that the USA was a developed country and a proud democracy:

And why should this be a precursor to being able to vote:

I think even illegal immigrants can get one, at least before they could, maybe not now, foreigners, even tourists could get one, of course this has probably changed now but that was the case for a long time,

I have one, took me 2 min to get it, and only a home address or some silly papers, nothing difficult. I was actually amazed how easy it was. It's basically your national serial number.

You can't use social security number in the US for voting because of this precisely, as everyone can get one, even illegal immigrants and tourists and they are not allowed to vote. It's a big mess.

Your ability to post pics has become legend.

Now that the nearly 2 years of political campaigns are done and you are back to normal hope we'll be seeing some pics threads on your travels in S. America or life on an oil rig.

Massive fraud . . . Give it up, BoonMee.

Actually, you should be proud that the election went the way it did. It shows a certain maturity on behalf of the population and that the US is finally joining the rest of the world in casting off the old and embracing the new.

The world is not black and white anymore, it is all shades of gray . . . look at most of the TD member's children . . . not black, not white . . . the future
