| ^ WTF? You want a person convicted of rape, child molesting/rape/murder to have a vote? Ya, that's the lefty way. They can be rehabilitated. Maybe a few, but not many. Forget it. Shoot 'em and let them come back as cockroaches in a Thai takeaway stall. Squish. |

1. Murder; 2. Rape; 3. Arsen; 4. Assault; 5. Illegal possession of a firearm; 6. Fly Tipping; 7. Graffiti; 8. Vandalism; 9. Drink Driving; 10. Possession of cannabis. Thank you. As an addition, if you would like to suggest which of the above crimes are worthy of the shooting option you suggested, could you indicate that next the corresponding number also.

Any felony. If you choose to commit a serious offence, then I believe your voting rights should be rescinded. Misdemeanours -- well, a US president can be impeached for misdemeanours. Although in Clinton's case, I wouldn't say obstruction of justice, perjury and abuse of office were misdemeanours. The Dem senators got him off anyway.

Disenfranchised? Too bad; you commit a felony, you should pay. There are halfway homes that taxpayers fund (after they pay for the perp's imprisonment) to help people rehabilitate. But give them the vote? No way.

1, 2, 3 - all are pretty much a felony regardless. 4 - assult is not - has to be agrivated assault. Mainly because stepping on someone's toes now days can get you an assault conviction. 5 - generally this is not a felony, as far as I know. Might be in some cases - assult rifle, explosives, etc that might rate - not sure. But anyone that has previously been convicted of a felony can not own/ possess a firearm. If they are found in possesion of a firearm then it does become a felony offense. 6 - no 7,8 - not aware of anything that would rate a felony. But I would not be surprised to heard that if damage in excess of a certain dollar amount would rate either of these as a felony offense. 9 - basic offense not a felony. Repeat offenses or a DUI coupled with other damage/ accident can rate as a felony. 10 - As far as I know possession is not a felony in any state. But possession with intent to sell/ distribute generally is a felony. Typically the difference between the two is the volume one is in possession of at the time they are caught. Most of the time the distintion will vary somewhat from state to state.
