Could the answer make any difference to the claim that whites don't dare criticise the "black community" because of the many (high portion of) criminals and welfare recipients there?

Yep, US black ghettos are unique socio-political enclaves. The drug lords are king.

Now that Richardson is backing Obama (and I am sure he will be selected as running mate -- oh, I did say that already a long time ago, dinnit I, Chintee?) the race issue is going to take over this whole election. Blacks and hispanics (who largely hate each other about as much as they hate whites) voting against anything white. This is going to get really messy if Obama wins. As I also said before, I do not think he will live to see election day. I really hope I am wrong on that one.
