Let the bastards get Wet, Cold and Hungry with no chance of getting freebies and only get anything thru gainful work and see what happens, some would die but the survivors would be better people..

But the Darwinistic scenario you describe will unfold before a matrix of governmental, non-governmental and international bodies who have been carefully monitoring the situation so if there is a high death/murder/crime/suicide rate it might not look too good.
