On that subject, 145 sqft condo in LA for $145,000,, and some same things in Seattle, between 150 and 300 sqft.
Fuck a wildman, not room to park a motocy.

^ Crikey! That's a garret.
I heard they are doing vertical now -- ?? Ladder up to a loft or something? I'd be claustrophobic. My flat is only 800 sqft, but plenty for me with my outdoor patio. Mind, my main furniture is still in storage as I don't know what I want to do. hehe
My place looks like Holly Golightly's pad.

Move down on Johnnys Tug til ya find a place on Orcas, in East sound is more city, but deer harboer is more quaint and a nice village and a good resturant, farm house I believe it is called.. walking distance from the boat, coarse the Cayuga cove marina is central located.
John comes up for a few days in summer from his place down at Cabo San Lucas Baja Sur. Mexico.

Interesting shift. Nursing/labour laws to real estate.

This article does not give the full story, IMO. There is always more to it.
Having said that, as a former nurse, IMO, there is no job beneath you & you do not leave those that depend on you.

^ That's telling them, NR. I wonder if it was the shift work? But nurses and docs have to pull shifts. ER docs pull 24-hour duty, don't they?

^^ Tks, BG. I'll check it out. Tugboat? OK, my fav uncle was a tugboat captain (RIP Uncle Paul!), so he'd love that. He asked to have his ashes scattered in Burrard Inlet and the gov said "no dumping" off a boat. So, we got another tug captain to sneak him out. Canucks have a law for everything.
