| ^ From the wizbang link in Boonie's post. I'll see if I can find another source, or maybe Boon has one. Obama wants us to pay 845 billion dollars to help the U.N. "relieve global poverty". We, the taxpayers, will of course be the ones to pick up the tab. As President, Obama is promising us 850 billion dollars in new spending, 850 billion of which will likely be wasted. |

He doesn't say he's a Neo-Con but he has all the earmarks of one. The GOP is starting to remind me of the old Democrats: they cannot find suitable Presidential candidates.

But you should be able to do that without interference from a bunch of no goodniks telling you what you can do with private property in the land of the free and the home of the brave.. But if they are wanting to hug the trees then they should get out the check book and buy the land in their own name and then do as they wish..

That's why I will always be conservative in thought. Work hard, give some for taxes, but make my own choice on where I spend and donate. Boonie, thanks for the tax comparison. That should shut up a few folks. Last edited by Jet Gorgon : 03-03-2008 at 02:44 AM.
