Another former member of the Bill Clinton's administration is endorsing Obama.

The Momentum is with Obama.

Robert Reich, who's known Bill Clinton for about 40 years, is endorsing Obama.

Saw Hill on the Colbert Report. It's a pity everything she does seems so staged. She should step down now gracefully, before she is stomped on.
Still uncertain about Obama's aims.
Could we have another candidate, please? How about Colin Powell?

Barack Obama was greeted by the largest crowd of his campaign Friday night in Philadelphia. Some 35,000 people jammed into Independence Park to see the Democratic presidential candidate, four days before this state's crucial April 22 primary.Frank Friel, director of security at the Independence Visitor Center, made the official estimate.
The Associated Press: Obama greeted by largest crowd of his campaign

35,000 people.

the only way mccain is going to get 35,000 people to show up for a campaign event is if.....well....let's be honest....he's never going to get 35,000 people for any reason.

which brings up a huge plus side of this extended dem primary....think of how many people are registering to vote as democrats in ohio, pennsylvania, indiana, n. carolina. we'll be seeing them again in nov.

Can you expand on this "check the background" statement.

What is the reason to check the background of Nunn and Boren?

50 Lies and Counting: Posted on Political forum.com - Elections and Campaigns .
1.) Selma Got Me Born - LIAR, your parents felt safe enough to have you in 1961 - Selma had no effect on your birth, as Selma was in 1965.

So why don't we just grant the election to Obama now because he gets bigger crowds.

Perhaps the blue collar, nose-to-the-grindstone workers who take personal responsibility seriously are at work to cover their car payments and mortgages and, while they still follow the election, don't feel an overwhelming desire to go out and be seen and vent publically and pose and posture and wear silly signs.

Unfortunately the media can't "gauge" these votes with newsworthy (read confrontational) images and words. So they're ignored.

Just a thought.

Unfortunately, one needs to have an inquisitive mind and the ability to discern in order to assess the veracity of someone's allegations on a forum and decide if it is worthy of copy/pasting and wasting other people's time with the unsourced and unsubstantiated partisan material.

Is that sentence to long for you, bg, shall I rephrase that?

Ok: you've posted someone else's crap none of which is shown to be true.

Btw, your link does not lead to any forum nor the copied text.

Good note on the car payments. Back in my hometown, I know people of all ages and income levels making car payments. Making car payments at 40? Things are not looking for good financially - or perhaps there is a lack in financial common sense. "I want it."

Yes, blue collar workers are responsible; yes, white collar workers are responsible.

Many are; many are not.

But even the one that are, are feeling the pressure financially. People are paying more for the fixed expenses. These are expenses that you have to pay: mortgage/rent, car, gasoline, food, etc.

People are slipping, and there isn't gong to a change in that.
