I am. Somebody needs help, I don't hum and haw about helping. I just go and do it. Not like you, Strolls. Sure, I read the speeches, the news, the comments to make my opinion on the macro view. And, I have been to ghetto areas, Stroller. You should do a tour yourself before you spew your liberal remarks and accusations. My black friends won't even go to the ghetto areas and they work hard to do the same as I do: make a living. And they work in regular jobs, many trying to raise families, just like the Chinese, East Indian, Thai, Japanese, Lao, and Korean people I count as my friends. Oh, and white folks, too. | There exists a world outside of the USA actually, and I suspect many US citizens might be surprised how many of us there are. We don't vote in the US, but we watch your elections. The Bush administration has driven home to even the apathetic majority that what happens in your country affects us too. To most of us, the only candidate that even registers on the Richter scale is Obama. His resume' is the best- far and away. His intelligence and eloquence in an entirely different league. His statesmanship also. His achievements. He represents something. Oh, is he half Black? Well I'll be Gawdamned. ![]() McCain- lets face it, a well meaning buffoon. Fluff. Hillary- Wife of the ex-President. For all of his faults, Bill looks like some sort of god compared to your incumbents. But we look askance at why George seniors retarded Son should be succeeded by Bills Wife. Sounds a little, ummm, undemocratic y'know. Carry On.

When there is one person in need, charity is the right approach to assist, when there are 1000 people in need, with a common denominator causing it, then this is best addressed on a communal level, i.e. politics. Quote:

| Thailand Travel Forum | I'm surprised that the margin isn't greater since this half-honky, half-donkey made those statements. How does it feel to be in the minority...again, there RC? "Fifty-six percent (56%) of voters nationwide disagree with Barack Obama’s statement that people in small towns “cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren't like them or anti-immigrant sentiment or anti-trade sentiment as a way to explain their frustrations." A Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey found that just 25% agree with the Democratic frontrunner while 19% are not sure." | True, honest Joe. Here's the liberal spin on Obama's words that these folks are bitter and clinging to guns, religion and fear of immigrants. Obama's email campaign translation: "A few days ago, Barack spoke about the frustrations that working people in this country are feeling and said what we all know is true: that many people are bitter and angry because they believe their government isn't listening to them." Welcome to Obama for America Um, OK. |

| There is no obvious connection between neither "Liberal" nor "bomber" to "Marxist". You'd need to get further into this than 2 sentences making the assertions. Which blog did you get this from? Better still, name a "Marxist" policy of Obama, as requested already. |
