| I think we all know how one another (each American visiting this thread) will be voting. How will your family be voting? My two sisters, both educated (one with a Finance degree and the other with a Business Information Systems degree) will be voting Republican. My mother never has voted. We all vote in Florida and I hope the state will go to Obama (Obama holds a good lead now in the state). But based on my family members,……….McCain. Disappointing! |

| It will be an early morning celebration (here in Thailand) if Obama takes Florida. I think,….if Obama wins Floridah it will be all but over for McCain. However, Florida might be a close call and the final numbers might not be in until late in the evening (EST). It will be interesting. I’ll find Florida Election results web site (where all the news agency’s get their numbers from) and post it before the election so if you/anyone want/s,…. you’ll be able to follow it. |

I love these daily stats....always been a bit of a stat junkie with sport too. If i was allowed to bet I'd take a spread over 330 electoral votes to Obama for a very decent return. ![]()

In my home-state where I vote, Obama has a 10% lead, so it doesn't matter. If the race in my state was close, I'd vote for Obama. Family. They vote both ways. | |

| Thailand Travel Forum | Heh...y'all might wanna read the following, eh? Note To Employees . As of November 5, 2008, when President Obama officially becomes president-elect, our company will instill a few new policies which are in keeping with his new, inspiring issues of change and fairness: 1. All salespeople will be pooling their sales and bonuses into a common pool that will be divided equally between all of you. This will serve to give those of you who are under-achieving a 'fair shake'. 2. All low level workers will be pooling their wages, including overtime, into a common pool, dividing it equally amongst you. This will help those who are 'too busy for overtime' to reap the rewards from those who have more spare time and can work extra hours. 3. All top management will now be referred to as 'the government.' We will not participate in this 'pooling' experience because the law doesn't apply to us. 4. The 'government' will give eloquent speeches to all employees every week, encouraging its workers to continue to work hard 'for the good of all'. 5. The employees will be thrilled with these new policies because it's 'good to spread the wealth around'. Those of you who have underachieved will finally get an opportunity; those of you who have worked hard and had success will feel more 'patriotic'. 6. The last few people who were hired should clean out their desks. Don't feel bad, though, because President Obama will give you free healthcare, free handouts, free oil for heating your home, free food stamps, and he'll let you stay in your home for as long as you want even if you can't pay your mortgage. If you appeal directly to our Democrat Congress, you might even get a free flat screen TV and a coupon for free haircuts (shouldn't all Americans be entitled to nice looking hair?)!!! If for any reason you are not happy with the new policies, you may want to rethink your vote on November 4th." ripped from here No shit...don't think it'll happen?

| Thailand Travel Forum | Well, check this out all you proud supporters of the ONE! ![]() Former FBI informant Larry Grathwohl infiltrated the Weather Underground and helped prevent several bombing attacks by the group. In this clip from the 1982 documentary No Place to Hide, Grathwohl describes a Weather Underground meeting at which the terrorists discussed the need to murder at least 25 million people—those diehard American capitalists who would resist “reeducation.” asked, “well what is going to happen to those people we can’t reeducate, that are diehard capitalists?” and the reply was that they’d have to be eliminated. And when I pursued this further, they estimated they would have to eliminate 25 million people in these reeducation centers. And when I say “eliminate,” I mean “kill.” Twenty-five million people. I want you to imagine sitting in a room with 25 people, most of which have graduate degrees, from Columbia and other well-known educational centers, and hear them figuring out the logistics for the elimination of 25 million people. And they were dead serious." These, dear readers, are BO's friends and supporters... |

| Yep, same here. Occasionally I've thought about taking him off ignore - but then someone will quote one of his posts and I quickly realise there's no point, it's the same old second-hand, cut 'n pasted dribble as always. |
