Was planning a day in York then a day at the beach in Scarborough.
Never been to York and heard a lot about the City.
Not hit Scarborough since the late 80's on my scooter, be interesting to see how it's changed.
Any suggestions freebie tours and trips for families etc

The trip from rainy manchester on the M62(Englands highest motorway 378m) and the bizzare sight of a farm in the middle of the motorway. The owner wasn't going to sell for any price:england:, so now he's surrounded by motorway:)

Some random pics from inside the City walls of York, had a tour on the "Ghost walk" where the guide dressed like Dracula threatened to chop of my head and put it in his bag. To which i replied"You couldn't get my big head in there".
He said he would chop it up into little pieces:)
