Interesting and non-controversial thread scrapped, why?

Why was this thread scrapped (after it had been around a few days, too) https://teakdoor.com/members-only/532...umibol-2.html? OK, a couple of posts might (only might, mind you) have crossed the line but the thread in general was inoffensive, reasonable, and interesting.

Didn't it start with a link to a page that is banned in Thailand?

If it did, couldn't just the link have been removed?

The complaints were actually about other posts.

That's why I posted it in Members. Even though from the surface it might have been benign, just intelligent critique and speculation towards the topics that can't be touched upon anymore, but these taboo OPs will always lead to touchy commentary as the thread developes. As Bob has mentioned, it was a very insightful article. Sound and straight forward without intended insult.

.....sure. That's what I assumed. The article is freely accessible on Bloomberg for those whom missed it.
