How do you set an avatar pic?

User CP -> Avatar Options.

Use the User CP on the bottom bar to avoid another dumb question.

Edit Profile
Edit Avatar (it'll be on the left hand menu)

Click on 'User CP'

Scroll down to 'Edit Profile'

It should look like this:

Animating Avatars: Is there any trick to this. I have a gif. file which animates when opened in explorer but when I set as Avitar its static???? do they have to be in any specific format?

That was it thanks. But couldnt get the resizing gizmo to work, but found one a bit smaller.
