Thread: Problems Accessing TD On My Phone

There will be whole days where TD just refuses to load up on my phone, most days it's fine. Some days it comes and goes.

It's at the TD end I believe, because very occasionally it will eventually load and the TD screen has a message on it about servers not responding or something similar.

Anybody else ever have any problems?

On those days when your phone doesn't work, can you access it from your home PC with no problem?

Yes mate. Definitely something to do with the connection between TD and my phone. The internet is working fine on my phone at the time, just refuses to load TD.

The issue is between your provider and your phone.

What browser do you use on your phone? Someone on here recommended a free app called pulse, which I use. It's ok, except that the search function is buggered, and when you leave repo, you can't add comments, so you can only green, not red.

I use the standard Internet browser, but now that you mention it I have just tried chrome and it's the same.

So right now I have no problem connecting to TD on my laptop, but can't access it with a mobile signal from either browser. Yet both browsers will load up any other page so isn't an internet connection issue. Other days it will be totally normal.

It's not the end of the world, I don't need TD on my phone that badly, just wondered if it was anything obvious that I was missing, and if anybody else experienced it.

I use chrome and have a AIS sim have no problems.
