problem with using the forum from natalie8

I just got a nice new Dell laptop as a b-day gift and I have Windows 7 and IE9. Everything else works great but when I type a reply, I get a large ugly font and I can't post any replies. I’m also unable to create or reply to PM’s.
I can reply on other forums, no problem, it seems to be only TD that has an issue. :-(
I get this message when I try to post:
The message you have entered is too short. Please lengthen your message to at least 5 characters.
    Any help is appreciated.

I really want to start my thread on my England trip. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!1

Yaaaaay!!!!!! Thanks ss and DD. You get to it from the Tools menu. Here's what I found on the net:

Some websites may not behave as expected in Windows Internet Explorer 8 or in Windows Internet Explorer 9. This problem does not occur in earlier versions of Internet Explorer, and the affected websites continue to be displayed correctly and to work correctly in Windows Internet Explorer 7.

For example, you may experience any of the following symptoms in Internet Explorer 8 or in Internet Explorer 9:
    • Menus, images, or text are in the wrong positions on some websites.
    • Some website features do not work.
    • You receive script error messages on some websites.
    • Internet Explorer stops working on some websites.
