    Formatting a message

When I start a thread or make a longer post, I typically type it first on my word processor. Usually no problem, except when I try to include information in the form of rows and columns. When I paste that into the “message” screen, it looks good, maintaining the correct format. But, when I press the “post” or “preview post” buttons, that information becomes jumbled up. Unreadable. Is there a fix for this so it maintains the row and column format?

Yes, just type straight into the New Thread box like the rest of us

Make sure you have clicked the Remember me button though, or you can press enter and be logged out, so now I do that I make sure I have copied the text before pressing enter, just in case

lol @ using a word processor.

If the formatting is that much of an issue input take a screen dump of your word procesor then put it into your post as a jpeg.

I've done that in the past, but what I'm working on now is a little too large to easily do that way. It would be so much better if TD would just not jumble the file in the first place.

It's also much too large to type directly in. But in the past, even then TD wants to jumble up the rows and columns.
