The house I bought for my bundle of nubility is towards the end of a short no-exit road...

all the neighbours are having a street party to welcome in the New Year so it should make a pleasant change from previous years...

when I first came to LOS in 96 I usually saw the NY in at some bar-or-other and woke the next day with a monumental hangover...

in more recent times I have gone out for a few and then gone home to watch the 'countdown' on TV...

my newly-married status allows me to see-in this NY in a slightly different way...should be nice...and at least I don't have to drive home...

Same here, I can manage as long as i have plenty to eat, which is no problem New Year.
Going to be spending it here, family and friend around trying to find a pig to spit roast
