    Ultimately Sublime Isolation...

By way of introduction, I've been in L.O.S for eight years, have three girls by Thai mothers all live with me and the children are all in good schools...

When one first arrives in this culture and, any given community, the locals are viewed by most normal ''aliens'' with goodwill...go along to get along.

It soon becomes apparent, that your appearance in like a ''POOLS WIN'' for the community....every tout, urger and market maker is your intimate friend...to hear them tell it....which by the by, only comes through the official interpreter...who ever she may be, [for those of the other persuasion....who ever HE may be], heavily censored.

You find this experience, akin to a serious car accident, where even before the careering mass of metal has come to a shuddering halt, a swarm of carnivorous scavengers descend and strip away gold, monies and anything of value.

While the body is as yet not cold.....and ''the jaws of life'' are vainly trying to free the cadaver, some enterprising ''local ling'' is prising out the gold fillings, from the very jaws of lifelessness....Oh!.....the memories....Oh! the fun....to be among the willing donors.

Eventually the victim recovers....[well hopefully, otherwise he is on the next plane home, broke and dis-spirited]....and begins to understand, the only recourse is non-engagement.....and even negotiating that course of action is a mine field of ...face, deception and extortion.

But hey!....what can you learn in eight years....

    barr!!...barr!!....barr!!

    Any comments?????
No doubt you have all escaped unscathed....well that's your story, anyhow...
i am just the nowhere man...
    living in the nowhere land...

In Monty Python's Meaning of Life movie there's a skit about a man signing up to be an organ donor but not reading the fine print - there was no mention of him needing to be dead when they 'collected'.

Some relationships here are akin to being a 'living organ donor', the first items to be 'harvested' being wallet and bank account.

    Ultimately leaving a lifeless shell.

I really can't understand this; I find the females here absolute horrors. I have a hate/hate relationship with me missus and it seems to function very well...

This is a perfect example of the differences in men and women's lifestyle expectations.
    A woman with three children under the age of ... seven is it (?) living with her would NEVER, EVER find herself with time to sit around on her ass in front of a whore monger chat site and make up such long winded, redundant and essentially useless prose such as the following ;

So, having been through the proverbial Mill, I take it you and Isaan have arrived at a truce? Or at least a mutually suspicious standoff?

Your immediate protection is provided by your inner circle- in your case your woman/en and their families (hopefully). So hope you have a decent one. If the opposite is the case, you probably made a mistake moving to that area.

And of course one lives and learns- Fool me once, it's shame on You. Fool me twice, it's shame on Me.

Thanks for the support and encouragement.....at least that's how I read it...

MY VIEW on these matters is rather sanguine....

    It's already written........

you can not die, until you die...
you can not die until God calls..

so get over it....and get on with it..
    have a ball...

In šāʾ Allāh (إن شاء الله) is an Arabic term to indicate hope for an aforementioned event to occur in the future.

The term is also related to another Arabic term, Mā šāʾ Allāh (ما شاء الله), which means "God has willed it".

peace brother...it will be what it will be....no avoiding it...nowhere to hide.....
stay clean and righteous....the only refuge is virtue....
