I think the Telegraph headline may be wrong. Modern Toilet is a Taiwanese restaurant chain, not Chinese - though it is of course possible that they've opened a restaurant in mainland China.

That's really stretching the theme restaurant a bit far.

I've heard it's a bit shit and the owner takes the piss on pricing.

This restaurant has been building with extra ordinary features. I've never seen this before, now I know that there is a kind of restaurant have this portion. I am so glad to see this in the picture.However, I wanted to visit this kind of restaurant.
