Tried to catch one on a road trip to Broken Hill back in the day.

Fvcker was eating road kill kangaroo at the side of the road.
It must have been over a metre tall and didn't move just stared at me.
For a brief moment that Wedgetail eagle and I had a moment!
I sensibly backed away slowly and left it to its dinner, fvcking scary up close.

Didn't there used to be a $100 bounty on them?
